Welcome Back!!

I hope you have all had a fantastic Christmas holiday.

We are going to be starting a new topic this term. We are going to be looking at events beyond living memory in history:

- The Great Fire of London

- The First Man on the Moon

Please remember that book bags should come to school everyday. Children can change their book any day and the more books that they read the closer they will get to their next reading leaf for our beautiful tree in the hall.

It is still rather cold out so please make sure that your child has a full PE kit in school. We will be doing PE on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

Welcome to Year Two!

This year we are going to be very busy, with many exciting things happening.

This term:

• Our topic will be Passport to the World. We will be learning all about different parts of the world by looking at food, art, weather and more!
• In science we are learning about 'Our Changing World'. We will be finding out about animal habitats and plants.

Please Remember!

PE kits should be in school at all times and they should be suitable for indoor and outdoor (we will still do PE when it is cold).

Book bags should come to school everyday and children can change their books when they have read their current book.

We send home maths and english homework every week and spellings.
