Buried Treasure Game

Phonics Play is a free website where children can practise their sounding out skills. They are given a word to sound out/read and then they have to decide if it is a 'real' word or an 'alien' word. Each game has a theme (e.g. Buried Treasure is based on a pirate theme and you have to decide if the word is real treasure or fake) but the activity is the same.
