At Shaw Primary Academy we use a secure online payment portal called ‘School Money’ which allows parents/carers to pay for school dinners, breakfast club, uniform and school trips remotely using the School Money app or the website.
Parents are allocated a School Money account when their child enrols at the school. School Money offers Parent/Carers the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever they like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available. Payments can be made using your credit or debit card with School Money. We do not collect cash or cheque payments.
You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password. If you have more than one child at our school or children at other School Money schools, you can create a single account login for all your children.
Making a payment is straightforward and School Money holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
