Hello Everyone, just a quick update!

3D have been busy preparing for our Christmas Production. Our play is called 'Pirates Vs Mermaids' and more details about costumes, tickets and dates will be coming your way very soon.

Unfortunatly, 3Ds safety walk was cancelled due to heavy rain on that day. However, we have rearranged the safety walk for Monday 30th November at 1:15pm. So bring your hats and gloves to school that day. If you are able to volunteer your time and assist us on our safety walk please let Mrs Downes know.

This week we will be busy making Calendars to sell at the Christmas Bazaar. If you have any brilliant ideas of how you would like your calendars to look this year then fill out the form on our class page website.

This week is 'Parents Evening Week'. All letters have now been returned so you should have your date and time to come and see me. I have some excellent news to report as the children have been making me very proud. Their learning has been amazing and their behaviour is outstanding. So, I will look forward to seeing you soon.

Christmas Calendars

Have your say! Let us know what you would like on your calendar this year. It could be a photo, cupcake, animal, or anything. We would love to hear your ideas, especially as the children will be making the calendars for you to have up in your home all year!

Welcome to Class 3D!

How exciting! A new class and new minions to learn new things with!

I know you must be as excited as me to get into the classroom and start our new adventures together.

Our topic this term is 'The Stone Age' and we have some very exciting workshops and dressing up days coming your way, so get your cave man outfits ready!

Our first week together will be all about 'getting to know you'. I am going to be finding out about your favourite things to do, what makes you laugh, the things you don't like so much and how you learn best.

On Thursday 10th September, we will be going on a school trip to see a 'Dance Demonstration'.  A letter will be going out to all the parents/carers on Monday with all the information needed, but the letter must be returned by Wednesday at the latest. The trip will be from 12:30 - 2:30pm and we will be asking for parent volunteers to come with us and help us out on the day.

Our outdoor PE session is on a Tuesday.

Our indoor PE session is on a Friday.

Please make sure your child has their PE kit in school on these days with trainers or plimsolls as well as long trousers for our outdoor sessions when the weather starts to get colder.

School dinners will now be £2.00 and will need to be paid on Mondays only.

See you on Monday for our first day of adventure! frown
