Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a 1964 children's novel by British author Roald Dahl. The story features the adventures of young Charlie Bucket inside the chocolate factory of eccentric chocolatier Willy Wonka.

Tomasz loves playing for United... but he isn't so keen on Ryan, the team captain - and bully. Ryan is always picking on him and making him feel bad.

Through out this term we have also read a range of other texts for different lessons.
In Geography, we read fact files about the River Thames to improve our knowledge of where we live.
We have looked at different poems in English and read At the end of School Assembly by Simon Pitt and Ghoul School Rules by Sue Cowling. We then looked at Where Teachers Keep their Pets by Paul Cookson and finally we read We Lost our Teacher to the Sea by David Harmer
