Receptionist, LSAs and Mid-days!

Receptionist - Permanent

Part Time/Term Time only

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary - Full time Equivalent £23,473

 

This post is not full time and as such, the actual salary will be pro rata i.e. proportional to the full-time salary indicated

We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic school office receptionist. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to use discretion and initiative and be able to prioritise tasks. Good computer skills and English and Maths grade C GCSE or above (or equivalent) are essential and knowledge of SIMS & FMS would be useful, although training will be provided. Previous experience of working in a school office or similar setting would be an advantage.

 

The post is for 25 hours per week 9am – 2.30pm (some flexibility around start and finish times can be discussed at interview)

Learning Support Assistant

Do you want to be a part of a team that is dedicated to providing positive and effective learning experiences for children who only deserve the very best?

The role involves working as general in-class support but may also involve some working on a 1-1 or small group basis with children with a wide range of SEND. We may also have fixed term appointments; we will discuss this at the interview stage.

The successful candidate will need:

  • A supportive, patient and caring nature
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and staff
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also to work as part of a team - including outside professionals
  • Motivation to work with children potentially with a range of special needs – e.g. related to speech, language and communication, social and emotional development including related behavioural needs and cognitive, learning and developmental needs.
  • A commitment and determination to help children fulfil their potential
  • Experience in working with children is preferable

The post is for 26.25 hours per week with the possibility of extending this further should this be required based on the role and potentially the needs of child.

Midday Assistant

 

Mid-day Assistant Vacancy

 

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic people to join our experienced and friendly team of Midday Assistants to take care and manage children during the midday break from 11.50am to 1.10pm on a daily basis.

 

The successful applicant must:

· be an enthusiastic, caring individual

· be enthusiastic about the children's individual talents and needs
